
The folks at Lazydays RV in Tampa, Florida were looking for something fresh and new for the leadership team to energize them and the company’s 400 employees. Training Manager Dave Castaneda brought in LeaderFISH!. This is a tough time to sell luxury items like RVs, but after introducing FISH! at its headquarters, Lazydays RV met its sales goals for four months in a row and overshot that goal by more than 50 units this month. “What it did for us is that it made us focus on the customer experience. The customers that did come would find us so friendly and such a pleasure to work with that they said they wouldn’t think of going anywhere else to buy an RV,” Castaneda said. “There was a difference in the attitude, demeanor and the overall morale of the group at Lazydays. It helped us all to have a common language, to be there for the customers, make their day and occasionally, when someone needed it, choose their attitude.”
