Every Company needs a FISHMONGER

I love the whole FISH Philosophy and how it brings life to staff at work. I am a FISHMONGER for our Territory with Genesis Rehab Services. Every center/facility has a FISH Champion who reports their FISHY ideas/activities back to me and they earn points. The staff and patients are engaged in all the energy that comes from practicing the FISH Philosophy during the work day. It has become part of our Genesis culture.
