Calling all FISH! folks! I need your help!
Hey everyone!
My name is Jay Larson and I am the Prophet of Possibilities at ChartHouse Learning.
I have the distinct pleasure of traveling the country and the globe delivering the message of FISH!
I love speaking and working with groups to share and discover the real power that the philosophy holds for people and their choices.
I am always looking for individuals who are interested in serving others and love to have conversations about how we can bring the FISH! Philosophy to a broader audience. When I saw we have over 500 FISH! Philosphy Network members I said to myself, "Self, you should see what this group can get started!" So...I'm looking for your ideas on ways we can give people a taste of the philosophy with the purpose of inspiring them to further action.
One example is to host an open house for your customers. You love FISH! so schedule a couple hours, have your best customers in and I'll deliver an inspirational message to them and a few people from your office. It wouldn't be a full FISH! presentation, but it would be a taste to share with them what has worked so well for you. Ideas like this are a win-win-win. Your customer gets inspired, you get to give it to them which should build the relationship, and we just might get some more people on board with FISH! Here's the best part - cover my travel expenses and the rest is on us! Don't worry, it is not a pitch, it is intended to inspire them regarding employee engagement, leadership and employee accountability and the importance of enjoying our work like we do our play.
