Hello Everyone!

Hi. I am a brand new member to the FISH! group and looking for ideas to incorporate the FISH! Philosophies into my workplace. I am a manager for a retail company and currently working with a group of store managers that are having struggles motivating employees and keeping the turnover rate to the bare bottom line. I would love to hear any suggestions!

Hope to hear from everyone soon! And I will start giving up some ideas too!

Also, you're more likely to get helpful suggestions if you can be more detailed on what you've tried thus far... or what you're considering trying.
