Welcoming New Employees - Deep Sea FISHing?

Currently, our new employee orientation doesn't include any FISH! training. We do welcome new employees with an email that includes their picture, but don't introduce them to the FISH! Philosphy. My question is - How deep do you go into the FISH! training for new employees? Do you provide the full-blown training or some modified version?

Im new to the Fish idea

I am new but have heard of the fish philosophy before. The company I work for is holding its first fish meeting today. I am excited to see what everyone else got out of this book and what ideas they plan on bringing to the meeting. I hope this brings new life into not only the property I manage, but to myself, who in the past year or so has struggled to make my job fun and a place that I want to be each day.
