I came to ChartHouse (home of The FISH! Philosophy) from the non-profit world, and have to say that not ALL non-profits are created equally!

Most of the staff are happy and warm and fuzzy, but there are about 30-40% of the staff that are on the not-so-warm and fuzzy end of things. They're what I like to refer to as, "energy suckers." I used to work in Minnetonka for St. David's (I went to college in River Falls, WI) I almost went back to work there after I got my degree!!!
