Good to know people visit our homepage since I am in charge of content for it :)

Yes, this is kind of myspacey - minus the weirdness - we just are FISH!ie.

If you are ever interested in working with staff here for ideas, let me know and I can get you in touch with the appropriate people - especially since we're so close to your organization.

You are very welcome! Griff, who runs this site for us, has been in and out the last few weeks, so I'm trying to make sure I greet the newbies when they arrive - where did you hear about this site, out of curiousity?

Welcome to The FISH! Philosophy Network Tammy. Hopefully you will be able to find some great tips here to keep FISH! alive at your non-profit.

I came to ChartHouse (home of The FISH! Philosophy) from the non-profit world, and have to say that not ALL non-profits are created equally!

This is my second non profit I've worked in. I, personally, enjoy it. Most of the staff are happy and warm and fuzzy, but there are about 30-40% of the staff that are on the not-so-warm and fuzzy end of things. They're what I like to refer to as, "energy suckers." I feel like FISH will help everyone but I'm hoping it will help them the most!

I used to work in Minnetonka for St. David's (I went to college in River Falls, WI) I almost went back to work there after I got my degree!!!

Hi Tammy--

I'm new to FISH and the philosophy--I want to get things rolling where I work. There is some pretty low morale in my center. It's so sad. I want to make things better there for my coworkers, my supervisor, and the children! I'm hoping FISH will help!
