I have lots of professional related stories in the forum and on my page and they might help. Also my staff have responded to some of them so you can get a picture of how FISH helps us all to connect.
In my personal and professional life FISh helps me see things from different perspectives, I think I use it to become a bit more patient. YOU may get a picture of this from my latest blog post on Overseas travel. FISH helps me see the positive things having others around me in the organisation with the same philospohy helps me feel that I'm not alone, that is why we decided to use it at our school because teaching is getting to be a difficult job but not if we work together.

I used to be a consultant to schools and had to convince teachers of many new changes! so I know how you feel. Perhaps teachers in Copenhagen would like to converse with my teachers? That might help them see the benefits? We have had to deal with the same levels of frustration and disheartenment here so maybe hearing from real teachers might actually help? Let me know what you think?

I see that you too are in education, I'd love to hear about where you work.
