I'm interested to hear from companies in the UK that are using (or considering using) the Fish! Philosophy as a method of discovering a positive vibe to their culture. What has been your experience? What are the challenges? How have you started?See More

Profile Information

About Me:
I have been involved in the field of training for many years and bring a wide variety of experience to the learning arena. Having first been introduced to the Fish! Philosophy in 2000, I have been a fond fan ever since. One of my fondest memories is meeting with the team at Charthouse including John Christensen via video conference to talk about Fish!

Industries I have trained within include Retail, Contact Centre, Credit Risk, Finance, Public Service, Transport, Insurance & Energy Services and programmes I have designed and delivered include customer service, sales, leadership, management skills, disability awareness and the Fish™ Philosophy within small to medium through to global organisations. I have also been responsible for assisting the management of larger training programmes by assisting in-house training departments by providing a learning consultancy role allowing organisations to continue with business as usual.

I was an active member of the former Fish! Network prior to relaunch and enjoyed the active discussions and friendships that built up on there. I am looking forward to becoming an active member of this network and look forward to speaking with you in the very near future.

Bringing the world closer together

Posted on October 6, 2007 at 6:02am 1 Comment

It has been a pleasure today to update my profile with a personal video from me, to introduce myself to the Fish! Philosophy Network. I use My Video Talk to communicate with my business contacts and friends and family (particulary for birthdays and other special occasions!) and thought it would be a great idea to put a video on my profile. It's a great way of BEING THERE!

Enjoy

It's Friday and I just wanted to finish the week with one last blog.

Have you read the blog of John Christensen - Observations of a Fish! Philosopher?

Take a look, have a listen!

I love the observations of any Fish Philosopher. They are important at any stage of applying the principles in your life.

Hi Ady,
Thanks for welcoming me. Your welcome is like an everyday 'Good morning'. We all need that every day in order to re-energize. You have seen me. And I thank you back. Well, I don't know you - but a nice good morning it was.
Best wishes,
Michael
