About Me:

I'm an Elementary School Principal who put together our school in the fall of 2009-2010. I embraced the Fish philosophy many years ago after hearing about and reading all three books. I have waited in professional career until the "right" moment to launch "FISH" to my staff. Since everyone was new and we building our school climate and culture I brought "FISH" on board to help develop the customer service atmosphere that I felt a school should have when they enter. It has been a great spring board and helps all of us refocus for the real purpose of our days together....our children!!!!
