Helping Morale

In an effort in a stressful environment; my FISH Committee does a FISH activity each month that truly have changed the morale in our organization. Some activities have been: Staff Appreciation FISH Cookout; Christmas Caroling, FISH Treats Day, Breast Cancer Walk for the Cure. Each month in our All Staff meeting, we present a staff member with the FISH Empowerment Award. Staff nominates a staff member for the award, which is a gift card and certificate.
