- I supervise a small crew of people working a nighttime shift (3:30pm-2am) in a privately owned company... We are the department that 90% of all product going out the door has to pass through at some point. I'm only about 21 but I've come a long way in my achievements and still have alot to learn. So about 2 months ago when I was in a course with our former HR director she had our group read the Fish! book. We each came back with different interpretations on it and different goals that we wanted to achieve for our teams.
