Hi. I am a brand new member to the FISH! group and looking for ideas to incorporate the FISH! Philosophies into my workplace. I am a manager for a retail company and currently working with a group of store managers that are having struggles motivating employees and keeping the turnover rate to the bare bottom line. I would love to hear any suggestions!

Hope to hear from everyone soon! And I will start giving up some ideas too!

Start small, I have some posters that I have made that I could offer you to put up around your work place? Why not start by modelling? OR perhaps you could ask if anyone else is interested in reading the book and joining with you to make the workplace a little better? I'm happy to talk.
