Suggestions for getting management to "walk-the-walk" of Fish

I work for a smaller 50+ employee company, and we have been successful in getting some management to accept the Fish Philosophy, although not everyone. However, we're struggling with the next step, getting any of them to actually apply the principles and act as examples. We would like them to help as agents so that we can adopt Fish into our culture. Any suggestions on getting them involved?

About Me:: I am new to human resources and just learning about implementing the Fish Philosophy. I became familiarized with the program at a previous company as a participant, and it drastically improved employee morale. I am currently at a company which previously adopted the Fish Philosophy but then let it die. I'm hoping to follow suit in my efforts to revive the Fish Philosophy with this new company.
