Very clever story and right on about the changes and attitude. Using the "BE THERE" principal for me means "BEING" the best I can be, so I have the knowledge and energy to help others, especially at work.

Hi Sandra

I'm organising a community of practice in South Australia (see events page) and one of my customers, a hospital, may have a grant to go overseas to see what other health units are doing with FiSH! Can you give me a bit of insight into your situation/successes with FiSH! please?
Thanks

I would say they are getting it..slowly. Try this. Get a stuffed animal fish, name it. Make it the mascot. Send it home everyday with someone different and have them take pictures of the fish with their kids...pets, making dinner...whatever. Send out an email with the pics telling the adventures of GIL...an easy way to introduce people and have fun!!

You almost have to show the video. I would hope all employees get lunch...make it a movie day! Have them bring their lunch, invite 10-15 at a time..maybe more....show the video and discuss it over lunch.

Hi Sandra!
I have been FISHing for almost 10 years now, and have a great deal of ideas for you. Can you be a bit more specific on your workplace and workgroup?
