Educated in Bangladesh, USA, Japan and Norway, Quazi takes pride in his excellent track record as a motivational speaker, corporate coach and HRD specialist.
He has been offering consulting, training and action research services in the areas of human resources development for private, nonprofit and public sectors for the last 15 years.
A former university teacher, he founded FutureLeaders® in 2001 with a mission to develop human resources in the country. In 2009, he co-founded In4Future—a joint venture in the IT industry supported by the B2B Program of Danish government.
Quazi’s recognition as a social entrepreneur came when he was elected as an Ashoka Affiliate in 2004 for his contributions to youth development in Bangladesh. Over the years, he has had presentation experiences in USA (at NYU, SUNY-Brockport), UK (Said Business School, Oxford University), Switzerland (ILO headquarters), Malaysia, India and Nepal as part of his professional involvement as a conference presenter or consultant. Apart from leading the teams at FutureLeaders and In4Future, he makes time to serve as an adviser to SBI Alliance--a national platform of organizations working for reducing hazardous child labor in Bangladesh.
On the voluntary scene, Quazi has recently been elected as the Secretary General of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bangladesh(NCCIB)—a just-launched chamber comprising businesses in Bangladesh from Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Iceland.
Quazi appeared on electronic media (Desh TV, BTV, Channel-I, ATN, Bangla Vision, RTV) as a guest on several occasions to discuss leadership, management and youth issues.
