Currently, our new employee orientation doesn't include any FISH! training. We do welcome new employees with an email that includes their picture, but don't introduce them to the FISH! Philosphy. My question is - How deep do you go into the FISH! training for new employees? Do you provide the full-blown training or some modified version?

Currently, our new employee orientation doesn't include any FISH! training. We do welcome new employees with an email that includes their picture, but don't introduce them to the FISH! Philosphy.
