Today my boss gave me cards that are provided from ChartHouse. On the instructions for the cards it reads, "Recognition is about noticing. I feel a little weird commenting out of the blue, but I was reading a few posts and saw some of your comments and saw that the company you work for seems to have a strong hold on this philosophy. I am a supervisor at my company that is virtually unheard of and unknown very widely. It's a reletively small company that consists of only about 300 people... Namely what I mean to ask is for some pointers on how your company (Being as large as it is) first began the movement into this philosophy. I'd love to see our company adapt this as a whole, but for the time being I'm going slowly and working on just my department for now.

Lemme know what you think and if you can help... You seem to have a lot of valuable knowledge on this that I'd love to make use of... if at all possible

Thanks! I'm interested in learning how FISH began at your organization. FISH is not in place as a whole where I work, I'm planning to present the concept to my supervisor and ask if we can make it center wide "thing" besides just my own personal quest! ;-)
