I came across FISH! several years ago and have used it in different ways at the two schools I have been involved in.At one school I was in administration and used it more for staff.It worked really well and people from that school still refer back to fish even though I have been gone for 4 years.At my new school I am using it the chn on a daily basis. It is worth getting the four books, they are all easy reading and a great inspiration to get started.They each contain very practical and useful hints. I also like Ken Blanchards books. I to went through a stage of needing some inspiration and found it in good books like FISH!
