Hans, i've just joined up to the Fish network and like you am involved in NPD amonght other things for a UK building Soceity. I'm hoping to start introducing and egaging my team with the Fish philosophy but not sure how to apply it in a practival sense yet. If you have any ideas or exoeriences you have found that have worked i'd be really interested to hear about them.
