That's great... be sure to acknowledge the person who noticed another team members attitude, and maybe ask him would he have approached that team member and ask them to change his attitude before the FISH training?

I had a training for my staff yesterday. It was very interesting. This morning they have already using the concepts.I overhear someone telling his colleague to choose his attitude.
