Standing Ovation of the Year

The MHA has recognition program called the Standing Ovation program, which is administered by the FISH committee. Anyone in any department can give a Standing O, it doesn't have to be supervisor to employee. At the end of the year we give an award. This year we awarded the Standing O of the year to the individual who received the most Standing Os. In 2007 it was a tie, with two individuals receiving a total of 8 Standing O.
