Oh, and I see you're just two days younger than me too - another fellow Gemini =) Would love to hear your experience in implementing Fish in your organisation (if you have already), notice you've read the book, if you ever get the opportunity to see the film that jump at it as it's really good. It was about 8 years or so between me first reading the original book and seeing the film, and it was kinda mind-blowing to actually see what Pike Place is like in real life (not that I've much chance of going there in the near future being the wrong side of the pond!)

Anyways, hope to learn more about you soon.
