Let me introduce myself, I am a senior/executive manager with experience in private industry, local and state government in South Australia. I also have a small training business where I conduct training in people skills. I have facilitated the Fish journey in the Adelaide branch of a large international engineering/consulting organisation.

I am an Adelaide resident, and I wish you well with the Fish Philosophy up in Gumeracha, I know the area well, having been a hills boy myself.

I would be interested in your progress and any opportunity to share ideas with you.

Philosophy, to gain a clear understanding of the role of leadership in supporting FISH! in their work community, to shadow executives and care providers as they go about their work, and to create a plan to successfully introduce and build a sustainable FISH! culture in their organizations. Hi Darren

I am not sure of status of Capital Health since I left. I was the FISH activist. However I am also finishing up my MBA and my thesis was assessing the impact of FISH on the bottom-line of an organization.

So my situation has changed. However, it is obvious that we share the same vision. Curious to know if there would be an oppurtunity somewhere with this? Australia and Canada have a lot in Common - vast country size, smaller populations, similar cultures.
