After moving companies about a year ago i was first introduced to fish! as part of the induction process and really impressed with both its simplicity, sense of fun and end game of making work a better place to spend the day than it might otherwise be - probably no surprise to anyone else that has joined this site..... i sense a gentle knowing nodding of the head as you read this (cue... strokey beard moment)
my challenge is how to spread this throughout the organisation…

Sorry it took so long to answer. I've been working on getting my own consultancy company to start understanding that it is not about the fish (which can be difficult when you understand that they're all
high-strung consultants ;-)
What I/we have found practical differs from a lot of standard approaches: we apply music and lyrics as a part to express ourselves and combine that with the principle that we are aiming to start developing a system (as opposed to designing one)...
I know this is pretty short, yet essentially this is what it is all about...
