I researched the FISH Philosophy in August, 2005 - created my own training video by visiting the Pikes Place Market and filming/interviewing the team, truly an inspiring experience. As an owner in the firm, I felt it added more for my team if I was "invested" in the training vs. listening/watching the process through an "outsider." I launched a new firm earlier this year and plan to utilize the principles and build a great team.
