Hi Bill,

Thanks for the response. This is a staff meeting covering multiple topics. I decided to incorperate the Fish Philosophy as part of our staff development and team building. We have three locations with staff- Rochester NY, Phila, and Hartford CT. There are 12 total staff. We have face to face meetings only about twice a year. This is the first that any of us have read the book or done any type of training related to Fish. I just want to do some kind of exercise linking the Fish principles to our work. We work for the National Marrow Donor Program, facilitating transplants volunteer marrow and blood stem cell donors. It is rewarding work but often very busy work. So this is kind of an introduction. I sent the book to each staff to read ahead of time, and have not told much more than that. We plan to discuss the book, watch the Fish video during a session that will be about 2-3 hrs. I do want to incorperate the Fish theme throughout our two day meeting.

Thanks again and Happy Thanksgiving!

Jason

Hi Bill,

I am also in Philadelphia, and work for a non profit organization. We have a meeting Dec 8th in Hartford, CT, which will include about two to three hours discussing the Fish Philosophy. I have 12 staff attending, who will have read the book. Do you have any suggestions on how to facilitate the discussion, exercises, etc. I did not order any of the training materials, etc from Charterhouse, as they are over my budget. Your feedback is very appreciated.

All the best!
