FISH! and Norwegian Cruise Line

John Christensen, creator of The FISH! Philosophy, had the opportunity to meet the entire crew of the cruise ship Norwegian Epic, with Norwegian Cruise Line. All of the ship’s crew (fleetwide) are introduced to FISH! as part of their initial shipboard training program and now practice the philosophy. He presented the story of how FISH! began, while being a guest and experiencing the engagement first hand. The FISH! Philosophy is just cruising on Norwegian Cruise Line!
