I'd love to hear from people in the UK that have (or are considering) using the Fish! Philosophy within their organisations.

How has it been for you? How did you (will you) make a start? What were (will be) the challenges you will face? How has your organisation (or how do you think your organisation) will feel about the Fish! Philosophy? What are the differences between the UK and elsewhere in setting something like this going.

I have previously experienced FISH when i worked for another company, retail led and it worked really well. I'm now in an office and would like to introduce the philosophy but just not sure how to get started. It's a very varied team, security guards, cleaners, maintenance staff, office staff and i'm not sure how to engage everyone and get them to understand the basics. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have launched Fish in a previous company and it went well. On Thursday evening I am launching it at our customer service conference. We have done a teaser campaign and lead up so that everyone is talking about it but hasn't got a clue what Fish is. If you are planning to build a proposal for funding, Video Arts are very helpful. They have sent me a few case studies etc. I'd be happy to forward them on to you if you think they would be of use.
