Need Help!!
Hi All!!
My name is Edna, I live in Mexico and I'm starting with this Philosophy in my Company. I just to worked in a diferent company, where I was Fish! member, now I'm a leader and I would like to implement this philosophy with my people, but I really don't know how to start, what do you suggest?
Please I really need help, I know the philosophy, I was an active member, but Now I'm scared because I don't what to make something wrong and people hate the idea...
Any suggestion would be great!!
