Creative meeting/conference rooms

We just acquired a new meeting room and I want to set it up/decorate to inspire creative conversations and problem solving when we meet.  I plan to include thinking toys, etc.  I didn't order a normal conference room table, but instead those fold up cafeteria tables that can easily be rolled out if we need to switch things up.  I am really looking for decorating/set up ideas.  Thanks!
