Hey Ashwani!
Get a set of "Choose Your Attitude Cards" off our website. If you have a small team, one set will do.
Collect issues that face the company - real issues that have to be worked out. The more specific they are the better.
Have each person on the team select an card and discuss the issue from the attitude they selected.
Get the group's feedback after they discuss the issue for about 1 to 2 minutes. Have them select new cards and repeat the exercise with different issues a couple times, getting their feedback each time as to how effective their attitude was, how it played with other attitudes in the group, etc.
Then take an issue and have them choose the attitude they think will best serve them and the team in arriving at a solution.
The point of the exercise is to point out how effective the right attitude can be. And how familiar some of the inneffective attitudes are to all of us.
