Hi guys here you can share the fishy activities which you feel can attract team members to participate and we can re focus on fish philosphy in the busy work schedule .

At Ranken Jordan Children's Specialty Hospital in St. Louis, we have had a year long program in place. We had 4 different T-shirts made, one for each of the principles of the FISH philosophy. They said "I got caught...PLAYING", "I got caught ...BEING THERE", etc. We gave them away to the employees who were caught being particularly FISHy by their co-workers. Each quarter, we had a different shirt available. We are wrapping up the Attitude shirts! We then post their stories on a storyboard in our lobby and allowed then to wear their t-shirt to work. It has been a HUGE success not only because they want shirts, but because they WEAR them and it is a visual, constant reminder!
