Hey everyone! I just graduated college and with a degree I am still in retail. I read fish and I am going to make this retail experence the best that i can. I am going back to school for Communication Design to go on and be in Sports Advertising. I am hoping to bring the philosophy with me all the way! Not only in my job but in my life as well.  Fish has opened my eyes and I cannot wait to see where it takes me!

Hi folks!

Just a quick hello from myself. Im looking at delivering some fish training to entertainments staff here in the UK.

I have been a trainee in Fish a few times now and helped facilitate in past - time to swim of and play on my own now.

Hello there!  My name is Susan and I'm an HR Generalist for a medical management services company in Central NJ.  We have about 300 employees and have incorporated the FISH philosophy at our workplace.  I decided to join this network because I'm looking for some fun ways/ideas to incorporate the FISH philosphy into our daily work life.  Nice to "meet" all of you!

I'm Jeanne- I work for a Dental Insurance provider. I read FISH! a few years ago but recently had the opportunity to share it with the director of our department. We had a meeting with all our supervisors and team leads yesterday. We are going to meet again next week to begin implementing the FISH philosophy using FISH Tales and the 12 week guide it has.

Hello Everyone,

I am happy to be here and share what I know and discuss things I don't.

I have never been so interested in any philosophy than the Fish!Philosophy. Fish!Philosophy was introduced to me by a client of mine last year. I AM A FISH!FAN.

One question though. How do I become a Fish! facilitator, please?.

Thank you

Kaylash

Kaylash,

I am Lynne Christensen from ChartHouse Learning (The Attitude Adjuster) Thank you for joining our network! When you purchase any of our programs and Trainer Tools, you can facilitate to anyone in your organization. We are planning a Train the Trainer for the fall which you could attend to become more effective and skilled at presenting and facilitating. As far as presenting outside your organization, because of intellectual property and licensing(copyrights), we are the only people that can present our philosophy through our talented presenters. I hope this was helpful to you and thank you for your passion!

Thank you Lynne. I appreciate that. I will certainly purchase the Fish!trainer tools. I am reading Fish! philosophy for the second time. Can you believe it!!!. Its just toooo gooood.

America is kind of far for me in terms of cost etc. I am in Mauritius. If there is any Train the Trainer program in Singapore, India, South Africa or even London would do me good. Any idea?.

Thank you

Kaylash

Hi Lynne,

Thank you very much indeed. I have already done that. Awaiting Wendy's reply now.

This is an excellent forum. In fact, I have been requested to do a motivational training at a Call Centre. I could think nothing apart from Our Fish!Philosophy. This is the best approach. The problem there is High absenteism, High Labour turnover ...the normal call centre issues. I would be grateful if I could have some ideas from our Fish! friends in the forum.

Thank you

Fish!Fan...Kaylash
