HI Jack,
We have filled three teacher positions since taking on the FISH philosophy. We put in our job description simply that we have adopted the FISH philosophy and then we also provide our values. We put the Charthouse webpage link so that our applicants (if interested) can research the philosophy for themselves.
When the applicants get to interview We use the question : Trafalgar Primary has adopted the Fish philosophy principles of: Make their day, Be there, Play and Choose your attitude. Describe how you would adapt/adopt these principles in the classroom and to Trafalgar Primary in general?

I have found that this method really differentiates those candidates that simply want a job, and those that want a job with Trafalgar. I hope that helps a little?
