FISH! activities.

We've decided to pursue the FISH! Philosophy at my non-profit by simply having fun activities that staff can do to get them away from their desks for an hour or so and get them interacting with each other.

What activities have you done at your company that we could try here?

I send a daily question out to the staff via e-mail and they reply directly to me. I then compile all of their answers. At the end of the week I hand a list of the questions, answers and respondent's name as a matching game. It is a great ice break for the group and they have fun learning things about each other they don't know!
